TITLEMASTERS AGENCY, INC. was incorporated in October, 1996, and is an independent, full service title insurance agency. We provide real estate closings, escrows, title exams, and title insurance throughout the state of Ohio.

• Mary W. McLaren brings with her 35 years of lending, real estate and title related experience in the Dayton area. Mary is the President and Owner of TitleMasters Agency Inc. In addition, to managing the office, she also conducts the closings. Mary is a licensed insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Corporation.
• Julie Faustman brings with her a combined 19 years of experience from Montgomery County Clerk of Courts, Civil Division and title experience. Her primary duties are processing and closing loans and escrow account management.
• Bethany Carroll brings with her 20 years of mortgage lending and title experience. Her primary responsibilities are processing and closing loans and final title policies.
